I had little hope honestly and was figuring I’d sell it. To start, 2/3 of the train was Gray/black ombré because it rained and we had to walk through some city streets, plus dancing. There was definitely food stuck on park of it and makeup, deodorant, etc. I just got it back today and WOW. Couldn’t tell I had ever worn the dress. It is French crepe with 0 details (no lace, beading, bows, etc) so it’s very unforgiving in terms of masking flaws and I spotted ZERO. The storage they provided (in the cost of the cleaning) was perfection to boot, keeping the dress shape and the train wrinkle free. Mainly the one tail-gaiting me and giving me the finger this morning on 695 and then trying to hide from me when he realized he was in a company vehicle. Nice try. My daughter's wedding gown was dropped off today after having it cleaned. During her wedding, it was raining and mud was around the bottom. It was a small wedding due to covid and the big wedding event is happening this October. Glyndon cleaners did a fantastic job!! Looks like it is brand new and there was never mud on it! My daughter is so happy! Thank you so much for making my daughter's wedding gown beautiful again!! I was charged $23/sleeve to have them hemmed for my daughters uniform shirts. Only to be told that they don’t set the alterations prices because the person is Independent. This was more than the cost of the shirts! WTF! And to not be given a clue about pricing when I dropped them off? I would’ve left them long if I had known beforehand. Complete rip-off.
